New Website Design

After almost one year of inactivity, I’m back! Today I uploaded the new design for this site. Now that’s done, I will pick up the work on my Community News Plugin again.
The plugin’s code will be completely rewritten, and with that support for PHP 4 will be dropped. When that is done, new features will be implemented to make the plugin even better!
If you have any suggestions for the new design, don’t be afraid to post a comment

About the Community Plugin: I think I would realy be interesting to see how you could make that plugin integrate with BuddyPress. Have you looked at that yet?

I love this plug in, but how could I show the result in a post/category page , not in sidebar?

we realy love your plugin
but we have a comment on it
is it possible to implement a capcha function
we are deleting about 200 spams a day “verry anoing ”
also it would be good to show the ip in the admin section

Glad you’re back, and even happier you’re updating the community news plugin. I installed it on a WP 2.9.2 site and it does not appear to work. The title and a message that there are no submissions appears in the sidebar, but no link to add news. I’ve been through the settings and all appears to be in order. I’ll wait for the update and see if that fixes things.

Looks really good, like the green & blue color scheme. I am using the community news plugin for a tell your story section on my site but I upgraded to 3.0 (Beta) and it stopped showing submissions. Any chance you could look into that?

It’s nice to read you’re back. Especially since I stumbled over your plugin, liked the screenshots and the idea behind the thingy and then found out it doesn’t really work on WP 3.0.
Therefore, I simply hope you actually come around to updating the plugin… hoping it’s as cool as it looks.
